Return Conditions

Full Price Items

Muki offers store credit, exchange or refund via your original payment method on all full priced clothing within 30 days (including weekends) of order receipt provided all return conditions are satisfied. All returned items must satisfy the following conditions:

  1. Items are in original condition
  2. Have not been worn, washed, altered or damaged
  3. Have all original tags, stickers & packaging

If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Our change of mind policy does not apply to accessories, underwear (please refer to underwear and bodysuits section below).

Please note, Afterpay & Klarna purchases are not eligible for the refund & can only be returned for an exchange or online store credit.

Welcome Code

Full-priced items purchased with a welcome code are eligible for the same returns procedure as full-priced goods.

Promotional Codes

Items purchased during a promotional sale, where a discount has been applied to a full-price item at checkout (manually or automatically), can only be returned for an online store credit or size exchange (subject to size availability).

Special Promotion Events

Items purchased during special promotional events (e.g., Boxing Day Sale, Flash Sale, Black Friday Sale, etc.) are only eligible for a store credit or size exchange (subject to size availability).

Items on sale with a discount of 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Sale Items

Items on sale with a discount of 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

For items with a discount of less than 40%, we are pleased to facilitate returns for store credit.

Afterpay & Klarna Purchases

Afterpay & Klarna purchases are not eligible for the refund & can only be returned for a size exchange or online store credit.


For hygienic reasons it is against the law to exchange or refund underwear and bodysuits, except in the case of a faulty garment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs of returned goods – except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect supply.

Our plant based, compostable mailers come with a second adhesive (glue) strip and can be reused to ship the item(s) back!

Faulty Items

At MUKI, each piece undergoes a meticulous inspection process during production to ensure the highest quality standards. Upon receiving your garment, we encourage you to inspect it for any potential defects.

While we stand behind our commitment to quality, it’s important to note that MUKI cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been scratched, pulled, or damaged during everyday wear. We understand that some cases may be considered manufacturing faults, and those will be promptly addressed. However, damages resulting from regular use or mishandling will not be covered under our return policy.

Should you identify any potential faults, please contact our Customer Care team by submitting a returns form for further investigation and assistance. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every MUKI garment.

Return Handling Time

Once your return has been received, it can take our warehouse team between 5-7 business days to process it and you will receive an email update once processed.
