MUKI offers store credit, exchange, or refund via your original payment method for all full-priced orders, provided that all return conditions are met. Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returned items must satisfy the following conditions:

• Items are in original condition
• Have not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
• Have all original tags, stickers & packaging

If merchandise is returned outside these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge. Our change of mind policy does not apply to accessories, underwear, and exchanged garments.

Please note, Afterpay purchases are not eligible for a refund and can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.


RETURN SHIPPING: Exchanges on full-priced orders include a free prepaid Australia Post label. For all other eligible returns, a prepaid label is available for $9.95, deducted from your refund or store credit.

WELCOME CODE: Full-priced items purchased with your Welcome discount (the personal code emailed when you first signed up for our newsletter) are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

OTHER PROMO CODES: Full-priced items purchased with any other discount code, including bundle deals, set promotions, sitewide sales codes and influencer codes, are eligible for store credit only.

SALE EVENTS: Purchases made during a promotional period, such as Boxing Day, Flash Sale, or Black Friday, are eligible for store credit only.

SALE ITEMS: Items labeled as 'SALE' are only eligible for store credit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Items labelled as 'FINAL SALE' are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or store credits unless deemed faulty.

UNDERWEAR & ACCESSORIES: Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns for underwear, bodysuits, and fitness accessories, unless the item is faulty.
